Scrapbooking Process Video

Lets Talk Tuesday is BACK! I know it's been a while since I've had a Lets Talk Tuesday post (I explained a little bit about why, here).
I'm excited to share with you a process video. I love making videos, I just have a really hard time finding any quiet time in my house. I'm sure all of you moms out there know exactly what I'm talking about. I'm excited for warmer weather so I can send the kids outside to play and I can have a few quiet minutes to film. This is a short video in which, I create a layout using the Dear Lizzy Serentipity collection by American Crafts.
One thing that I love about scrapbooking is when a product inspires me to document a memory that I hadn't previously though of documenting. This is what happened with this layout. The Dear Lizzy Serendipity collection has one piece of patterned paper that on the "b" side there is a fill in the blank questionnaire. (There is a link to this piece of patterned paper in the supply list below.)
I took this opportunity to document a little bit about me.

I hope you enjoy this short process video. Thanks for stopping by today.

  1. Love all the hand journaling you did on this. Such a fun snapshot of your life & it's wonderful that you scrapbooked about yourself. Very pretty! :)

  2. Great layout Becki! I struggle to journal, but I do appreciate the importance of it. I have some great ideas bouncing around in my head for this paper. Thanks for inspiring!

    1. I struggle with journaling too, that's why I loved this paper so much! Thanks, Jenny!

  3. I think I should follow your excellent lead and do a layout or two about me and answer those questions about myself!! I am not sure that I talk enough about me in the scrapbooking that I do - This is wonderful and thank you for the insight you have given us into what a super great and talented person you are!! Good luck with your desires!! May all your goals be reached!!! Have a delightful day!!

    1. Thank you Taunya! I always appreciate your comments so much. Journaling about yourself is so hard but SO important. Hugs to you!
